ePasal is a technology platform that connects buyers and independent sellers. We do not own, handle, or ship products, and we do not process transactions. All product listings, sales, deliveries, and returns are managed directly by the sellers.


By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:


1. Seller Responsibility


Each seller is solely responsible for their own return, refund, and exchange policy.


Buyers must review the seller’s return policy before placing an order.


All return requests must be made directly to the seller through the communication methods provided in the order details.



2. ePasal’s Role


ePasal does not handle logistics, payments, or physical products.


Our role is limited to providing the technology that enables buyers and sellers to connect.


We may assist in facilitating communication between the buyer and seller in case of disputes but are not obligated to resolve them.



3. Disputes


If you encounter an issue, you should contact the seller first.


If the seller is unresponsive, you may report the matter to ePasal. We may take action such as warning, suspending, or removing the seller from our platform, but we cannot guarantee refunds.



4. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are typically not eligible for return unless otherwise stated by the seller:


Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).


Personal care products.


Customized or made-to-order products.


Items marked as “final sale.”



5. Buyer Responsibility


Buyers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid failed deliveries.


Returned items must be in original condition, unless defective or incorrect.
